First Day of Classes
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Clarence Sansom School!
We are excited for the upcoming school year to begin and would like to welcome all our new students, and returning students. We hope you had a fantastic summer and we are looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 9:15 am –3:50 pm. Doors will be open at 9:05 am for students to enter.
First Day of Classes
- School begins for all Sansom students on Tuesday, September 2 at 9:15 am. Doors open at 9:05.
- All grade 7’s and new students to Sansom will go to the Gym.
- Homeroom teachers of students will contact families prior to their first day of school to welcome them to their class.
- Student schedules can be viewed via the PowerSchool portal on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
- Please note, we are not accepting student class/homeroom change requests currently.
- Please note that September is a transitional time for our classes as teacher and Admin organize homerooms for the best success of all students.
- Student homerooms are subject to change as needed.
- Students may enter the building through the main entrance.

Yellow School Bus Transportation
Our yellow school bus routes are designed over the summer using the addresses submitted before June's pre-registration deadline. Get ready for some exciting journeys!

School Supplies
Student supplies are provided by the school for children in kindergarten through Grade 6. Families are to provide indoor shoes, backpacks, lunch, and snacks. You may also choose to send your child with a water bottle. Equip your child for a successful school year with our selection of essential supplies!
