Field Trips
We have quite a number of field trips coming up and we appreciate volunteers for these trips. If you can support our trips by volunteering, please go to school engage and fill out the volunteer form. These field trips cannot happen without parental involvement. You can also call or visit the school office for help with the form.
Parent/School Council
The next Clarence Sansom School Council meeting will be on Wednesday, March 18 at 6:30 in the school library. If you are unable to join the meeting in person, you can join the council meeting online via Microsoft Teams.
Parent–Teacher Conferences
Teachers and parents had meaningful discussions about student progress and areas for growth last week. If you were not able to meet with your child’s teachers during conferences, please know that communication did not end last week. You are always welcome to contact the school office or reach out to your child’s teachers by email at any time to arrange a meeting. Ongoing communication between home and school plays a key role in helping students stay on track, build confidence, and continue to grow throughout the year.

Drop-Off/Pick Up
If you drop your students off at the school:
• Please do not park or drop off students in the bus zone between 7:00 and 5:00 p.m.
• Please always use the marked crosswalks. (No jaywalking)
• Please drive responsibly and do not perform a U-turn in front of the school.
