We had a wonderful week celebrating the diversity that makes our school community so special through a variety of Culture Week activities. It was inspiring to see so many students and staff proudly wearing cultural attire and sharing aspects of their heritage with one another.
One of the highlights of the week was our Cultural Museum, which was a beautiful display of the cultures represented within our school community. It was a joy to walk through and learn about the traditions, histories, and stories behind the many artifacts on display. Thank you to the families who supported their children in bringing in cultural artifacts and sharing a piece of their heritage with our school.
We wrapped up the week today with a school-wide potluck and a variety of engaging cultural stations, including face painting, language activities, and Indigenous cultural games. These experiences provided meaningful opportunities for students to learn from one another and celebrate the many cultures represented in our school. A heartfelt thank you to our families for your generous contributions to the potluck and for supporting this important celebration of identity, belonging, and community. Together, we continue to make Clarence Sansom a welcoming place where every culture is valued, respected, and celebrated.
Transportation Registration for 2026 – 2027 School year is due by June 14. Please log in to your MyCBE account to Register. This registration must be completed every year. If you need help with this, please come to the office so we can help.

Parent/School Council
The final Clarence Sansom School Council meeting will be on Wednesday, June 10th at 4:30 in the school library. If you are unable to join the meeting in person, you can join the council meeting online via Microsoft Teams.
The School Council is selling Texas Donuts over lunch on June 10. The flavors are chocolate, maple, and vanilla with sprinkles. The cost is $4. Cash only.
Fun Lunch
Our next Fun Lunch featuring Domino’s Pizza will take place on June 24, 2026. Please place your order through Healthy Hunger by June 19, 2026. Lunch orders will be available for students to pick up at the school during the lunch hour on June 24.
PE Footwear Reminder
As we finish the year, our students will continue to participate in daily PE activities. This is a friendly reminder that students should come prepared with appropriate athletic footwear. Crocs, sandals, slides, and other open-toe and open-heel footwear are not suitable for these activities, as they do not provide the stability, traction, or foot protection needed for safe participation. Please help ensure your child is safe and prepared for PE by having proper athletic footwear.
